Description

As the US becomes more and more diverse, the tech industry nationally, regionally and locally continues to lag behind.  Technology leaders, stakeholders and influencers at all levels who attend this virtual summit will gain a better understanding of the definition and value of a diverse and inclusive workforce. Those who attend will learn about the current barriers that are both consciously and unconsciously in place and the steps they can take to encourage change and growth within their own organizations.
