According to the Business Relationship Management Institute, a Business Relationship Manager’s role can be divided into three main functions:

  • Connector
  • Orchestrator
  • Navigator

Each of these roles is meant to drive the shared ownership of Information Technology services, products, projects and programs between The Business and IT. To what end?

Today many organizations struggle with transparency. Past behavior has left people, departments, and organizations jaded based on blame, miscommunication, and failed initiatives. Join Jennifer Oswald, CEO of Momentum, Inc. as she explores how to create a safe environment for IT transparency.
