This year’s 2-part Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Tech Summit features a 1/2 day in-person inclusive leadership workshop followed by a series of DEI in Tech-themed virtual break-out sessions

Thursday, March 17, 2022 - 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for an In-Person Workshop

Friday, March 18, 2022 - 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM for Virtual Breakout Sessions


During Day 1, attendees will join nationally recognized speaker Raven Solomon as she breaks inclusive leadership down into 6 straight-forward characteristics, demonstrating what each looks like in everyday leadership and providing attendees with tools they can apply in their roles

During Day 2, attendees will learn more about the efforts of local technologists and resources available to help lay the foundation for a shift to a more inclusive Central PA tech workforce.  CLICK HERE for the full agenda and list of speakers.
