He has more than 40 years of experience in managing public and private programs in entrepreneurial training, technology commercialization, investment, and capital market development.  Harrell Capital Partners (HCP) was founded in 2001 to invest in early-stage companies in the security, online video, CRM, e-commerce, mobile, and big data/cloud platform markets, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Silicon Valley regions. HCP has invested in 16 portfolio companies with 6 successful exits to date.
