Neurodivergent individuals possess a wide range of valuable skillsets that can solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable increases in productivity—being ideal for careers in technology. Join Anthony Pacilio, Vice President, Neurodiverse Solutions at CAI, and Wayne McRae, Executive Director of Neurodiverse Solutions at CAI, for a fireside chat as they discuss the true business value of integrating neurodiverse teams into the workplace. They'll reflect on how the landscape of neurodiversity has evolved, how to integrate a neurodiversity employment program, and why neurodivergent individuals thrive in technology-specific roles.
