Join this interactive roundtable discussion about the current state of the Central PA tech workforce. This session's special guest is Erin Finnegan-Smith, Managing Director with TranZed Appenticeships.  Erin will share insights into the value of utilizing apprenticeships to help fill open (and often hard to fill) tech positions.  She'll help shed some light on what apprenticeships are and are not and how they are different from internships. Great opportunity to learn from one another as we all navigate the opportunities and challenges of recruiting and retaining tech talent in an evolving landscape that includes traditional, hybrid and remote opportunities.
