Application Support Analyst
Our client is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join a small, collaborative technology team in the Harrisburg, PA area that supports critical applications used across the organization. This is a mostly remote position after training.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone developing their career in technology who enjoys problem solving, learning new systems, and working closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
The role will focus on supporting internal applications, assisting users with troubleshooting, and gradually developing deeper expertise in systems that support day-to-day operations. The team is highly supportive and enjoys mentoring individuals who are curious and motivated to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for internal business applications
- Troubleshoot user issues and respond to incoming support tickets
- Assist with system configuration, updates, and ongoing improvements
- Work with team members and internal stakeholders to understand system needs and workflows
- Help support implementation of new tools and technology initiatives
- Document processes, solutions, and system changes as needed
- Gradually build expertise and become a key resource for supported systems

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
- Some exposure to IT, technology, or information systems (education or experience)
- Someone who is curious, motivated to learn, and enjoys figuring things out
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a ticket-based support environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to enterprise software or business systems
- Internship or experience in IT support, systems support, or technical operations
- Experience helping troubleshoot software or system-related issues

Schedule
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Initially on-site a few days per week during training
- Potential for fully remote work once training is complete
