Facilitate discussions with leadership teams to evaluate solution options, trade-offs, and implementation approaches.
Lead business analysis efforts across enterprise software initiatives including Salesforce/nCino, underwriting platforms, analytics tools, and enterprise data management initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Help guide projects from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions align with both business goals and technology strategy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and technology decision frameworks.
