Our client is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to play a key role in shaping and supporting enterprise initiatives across the organization. This position is designed for a consultative professional who can work closely with business leaders to understand challenges, evaluate options, and help guide thoughtful, practical solutions.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who can operate beyond traditional business analysis. The right person will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and contributing to decisions that influence systems, workflows, and broader business operations.
Position Summary
As a Business Solutions Architect, you will serve as a bridge between business needs and solution delivery. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to clarify objectives, define requirements, assess opportunities for improvement, and support initiatives from early planning through implementation. Success in this role requires a strong mix of business analysis, communication, process thinking, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational challenges, clarify priorities, and define solution needs
- Translate business goals into clear requirements, process recommendations, and practical next steps
- Evaluate options, weigh trade-offs, and present recommendations that support informed decision-making
- Facilitate discussions across business teams, project leadership, technical resources, and external partners
- Support software evaluations, implementation efforts, workflow improvements, testing, and adoption activities
- Contribute to initiatives involving business applications, process optimization, analytics, and enterprise change
- Help ensure solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and long-term organizational priorities
- Bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives by guiding conversations, surfacing risks, and helping teams move forward
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, solutions analysis, or a similar consultative role
- Strong background supporting software-focused projects, business process improvement, and requirements definition
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate with confidence across multiple levels of an organization
- Ability to move beyond documentation and contribute to solution thinking, prioritization, and decision support
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent priorities
- Thoughtful, organized approach to problem-solving with the ability to balance business needs, practical constraints, and long-term value
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting software implementations, enterprise initiatives, or business transformation efforts
- Background in regulated or process-driven environments
- Experience partnering with project managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Business analysis certification is a plus
- Additional exposure to enterprise data, reporting, analytics, or workflow-driven platforms is beneficial
