Permanent ERP Analyst Role available up to 100k based on skills and experiences, for a skilled professional to take on a crucial role in managing and optimizing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment. This position calls for an individual who can serve as a primary point of contact for the company's ERP platform, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless system functionality, data accuracy, and effective reporting. The ideal candidate for this role will bring practical experience supporting and administering a broad range of business systems, with a particular focus on ERP solutions used in operational settings.

In this capacity, the ERP specialist will collaborate directly with the IT department and business teams to streamline processes, facilitate system upgrades, and support new integrations. They will be responsible for interpreting user needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing training to end-users. Candidates with a background in system analysis, cross-functional business process review, and end-user education will find this opportunity especially appealing. 

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Infor preferred)
• SQL and Microsoft tools.
• The successful individual will also have strong communication skills, capable of managing expectations, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Although this isn't a development position, a working knowledge of modern tech trends, including AI tools like Copilot, can be beneficial for contributing to process improvements.
