Position Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and enhancement of our enterprise resource planning platform and related cloud-based integrations. Key Accountabilities:

• Customize, manage, and refine Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and complementary Platform/Software-as-a-Service tools to support organizational objectives.
• Design, execute, and sustain system connections between Oracle Cloud and internal platforms leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud, application programming interfaces, and integration middleware.
• Direct cloud infrastructure operations, encompassing permission frameworks, authentication protocols, and system connectivity, while troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and access challenges.
• Manage Oracle's periodic product releases, encompassing validation testing, live environment deployments, workspace administration, and technical documentation.
• Maintain information accuracy and enterprise data stewardship while upholding information security policies and compliance mandates.
• Serve as the central resource for addressing system issues and Oracle support tickets, liaising with Oracle technical teams and external vendors.
• Discover prospects for process automation, resource efficiency, and system optimization across the enterprise platform landscape.
• Partner with business units to translate operational needs into practical technical implementations and deliver end-user enablement and reference materials.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive background with Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, particularly Financial Management and Human Capital Management modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud and application programming interface connectivity.
• Demonstrated capability in cloud platform implementation, encompassing authorization structures and infrastructure configuration.
• Established track record managing Oracle's scheduled update cycles and non-production environment oversight.
• Thorough grasp of information stewardship principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Superior diagnostic abilities for enterprise system challenges and integration complications.
• Aptitude for converting operational demands into expandable technical architectures.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer initiatives.
