Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, coordinating stakeholders at various levels, and ensuring all initiatives stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget. You'll work closely with proposals, operational teams, and IT to facilitate seamless project execution.

Regular communication with management, risk management, and process improvement are integral to your role. You’ll also assist with preliminary planning, resource allocation, and tracking progress, helping to shape the success of critical projects.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Between 2-5 years in a project coordination or project management role
• Experience dedicating over 50% of work time to project-management related responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, project management, or a related field
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Monday.com
• Project management certifications such as CAPM highly preferred.
