Network Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer in the Lancaster, PA area who enjoys ownership, problem solving, and working as part of a collaborative infrastructure team. This role is focused on enterprise networking, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing network improvements and projects.

This is an opportunity for someone with solid networking fundamentals who wants to grow technically without needing to be an architect or have built environments entirely from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Configure, deploy, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions
• Support enterprise network operations and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Monitor network performance, latency, and availability, and implement improvements
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce network policies and protect against cyber threats
• Participate in network projects, including expansions, upgrades, and cloud networking initiatives
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for network incidents and outages

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of enterprise networking experience
• Hands-on experience with Layer 3 routing, VLANs, SD-WAN, and wireless networks
• Exposure to enterprise networking environments (not just small business setups)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Cisco or other networking certifications are a plus
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed team
