Oracle Cloud ERP Manager needed to help a leading enterprise embark on a full-scale transformation from a legacy ERP platform to Oracle Cloud Fusion, with go-live planned in the next 18 months. This role will serve as the technical owner and strategic driver of that migration, overseeing integrations, architecture, and optimization of all Oracle Cloud applications across ERP, SCM, WMS, OTM, and EPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud and enterprise systems (finance, logistics, HR, CRM, etc.)
• Ensure performance, data integrity, and security compliance across all modules and environments.
• Manage quarterly Oracle updates, testing cycles, and change control processes.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Act as the escalation point for technical incidents and collaborate with external implementation partners.
• Partner with leadership to align Oracle capabilities with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (ideally across all modules)
• Proven success leading or supporting a full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Strong background in cloud architecture, integrations, and security frameworks.
• Skilled in Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, data migration, and middleware.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
