Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution for a product area from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer and business needs, define a clear product vision, and deliver solutions that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned to organizational goals. Prioritize outcomes and ensure alignment across stakeholders, user needs, and business objectives.
- User-Centered Discovery
- Lead discovery efforts to understand user and stakeholder needs. Use research, interviews, and data to inform product decisions and shape the roadmap.
- Backlog & Roadmap Management
- Own the product backlog and delivery roadmap. Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories. Prioritizing work based on impact, feasibility, and user value.
- Agile Delivery Leadership
- Champion Agile practices across the implementation team. Facilitate iterative delivery, continuous feedback loops, and rapid learning cycles to ensure the product evolves with user needs.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Lead a multidisciplinary team (e.g., engineering, design, QA, data/analytics, and operations). Foster collaboration, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams as applicable. Ensure delivery quality, contractual compliance, and alignment with product goals.
- Change Enablement & Adoption
- Drive user adoption through change management, training, and communication strategies. Champion product improvements by partnering with stakeholders and supporting teams through transitions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Establish feedback loops and performance metrics to measure product success. Use insights to iterate and improve the product post-launch.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior product or project leader delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering value, solving real user problems, and iterating based on feedback.
- Deep experience with Agile delivery methodologies and human-centered design.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
- Demonstrated success in vendor and contract management.
- Experience leading business process transformation in complex or regulated environments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working in regulated, complex, or large-scale environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector, or enterprise IT).
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, finance, procurement, or workflow tools) or B2B SaaS products.
- Experience launching new products or scaling existing products, including defining success metrics and driving iterative improvements post-launch.
