Ctrl+Alt+Chic 2025: Fashion, Tech, and Community Impact Come Together

On August 20, 2025, the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP), in partnership with enGen, hosted Ctrl+Alt+Chic—a one-of-a-kind event that blended technology, fashion, and philanthropy to make a lasting impact on women in our community.

The evening was more than a celebration of style. Together, attendees raised over $1,000 for YWCA USA and donated more than 100 professional garments to Dress for Success Worldwide. These contributions will directly support women preparing for job interviews—empowering them to secure employment, achieve housing stability, and provide for their families.

The program featured inspiring insights from speakers including Reesy Neff, Sue Engels, PMP, Laura Keller, and Jennifer Magaro. Attendees also heard a powerful message from Mary Quinn about the life-changing role that employment plays in creating safe and sustainable futures for women.

The highlight of the night was the fashion show, which showcased designs by Glenna Marino and Jessica Intrieri. Models Susan Lehr, SPC PMP CSM, Jessica Delo, Cheri Bruckner, Sarah Leahy, Jody Donnelly, and Melissa Hubbard brought the runway to life, showing that confidence, community, and collaboration never go out of style.

Ctrl+Alt+Chic was made possible thanks to the creativity and dedication of TCCP’s Women in Tech Pop Up with Purpose Workgroup, whose vision and teamwork made the event a success.

This unforgettable evening proved that when innovation meets compassion, our region’s tech community can spark meaningful change.
