This week Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania Community Engagement Specialist Jazmin Slaughter attended the YWCA Women’s Empowerment Conference in Williamsport.

The conference brought together women from across the region to discuss leadership, career growth, and the importance of empowering women in business, government, and community spaces.

Throughout the event, speakers emphasized the value of confidence, mentorship, and community support in helping women pursue leadership opportunities.

The conference also reinforced an important message: leadership can begin in many ways — from advocacy and community service to entrepreneurship and professional leadership.
